Requirement of Agriculture Worker
- Physical fitness is the capacity to carry out physically demanding activities, such as prolonged standing, lifting, and bending.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture: familiarity with crop cultivation, animal management, and agricultural techniques.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using farm machinery and equipment.
- Paying close attention to details: Being meticulous in completing chores to guarantee crop health and product quality.
- Teamwork: The ability to cooperate with other agricultural laborers and obey managers’ orders.
- Flexibility: The capacity to adjust to changing weather and seasonal needs when working outside.
- Communication Skills: Skillful verbal communication to work together with managers and other team members.
- Understanding safety procedures and following them to keep the workplace safe is known as “safety awareness.”
- Legal Eligibility: The capacity to work lawfully in Latvia, including the fulfillment of any residence or work permit criteria.
Responsibility of Agriculture Worker
Crop Upkeep and Cultivation:
- Crop care during the growing season, including sowing seeds, moving seedlings, and maintaining crops.
- Crops should be properly hydrated by keeping an eye on irrigation systems and soil moisture levels.
- To encourage healthy plant development and manage pests and diseases, use fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides according to label instructions.
- In order to avoid weed competition and preserve crop health, weed fields by hand or with the right instruments.
Gathering and Preparing:
- Use mechanical or manual instruments to harvest crops at their ideal maturity.
- harvesting produce and packaging it according to market demands and quality standards.
- helping to prepare fruits and vegetables for sale by cleaning, chopping, and packing them.
Animal Welfare:
- Feeding and watering animals in accordance with food guidelines and established routines.
- In order to preserve animal comfort and cleanliness, animal housing facilities need to be cleaned and maintained.

Terms and Condition
- Contract Period : Two years (Renewable)
- Air Ticket : Air ticket will be provided by company
- Working Hours : 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (40 hours per week)
- Over Time : According to company rules
- Food and Accommodation : Provided by the company
